Each piece of our furniture is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans, using traditional techniques and a deep appreciation for natural materials. This handmade process brings out subtle variations in texture, tone, and finish—unique details that highlight the character of each piece. Rather than imperfections, these variations are a reflection of the craftsmanship and care behind the work. They give every item its own personality and charm, making it truly one of a kind.
Placing an Order
Once you’ve selected your items, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase securely. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once payment has been processed successfully.
Order Processing
All of our furniture is handcrafted. Standard items are delivered within 4–6 weeks, while custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer. You’ll be notified of estimated timelines when placing your order. Once your item is ready, we’ll send a delivery confirmation email with tracking details.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate.
Please note: custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started. Cancelled orders will incur a 3% processing fee to cover transaction costs.

Delivery Charges
UK mainland: Free delivery
Outside UK mainland or international: Please contact us at info@qubefurniture.com for a custom delivery quote.
International shipping: Available to select locations. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Oversized and Fragile Items
For larger items requiring special handling or courier arrangements, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a collection or delivery window. Please ensure someone is available throughout the agreed day to receive the delivery. A missed delivery may incur additional charges.
Refunds & Returns
Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following:
Items must be in original packaging, unmarked and in resalable condition
Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Return Costs (UK Mainland)
Items under 1 metre: £35 for the first item, £10 per additional item
Items over 1 metre: £45 for the first item, £10 per additional item
Oversized/fragile items: £75 for the first item, £45 per additional item
Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland:
Standard items: £55 for the first item, £15 per additional item
Oversized/fragile items: £90 for the first item, £65 per additional item
Packaging note: Defaced, damaged, or unpresentable boxes will incur a £10 fee per box, deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to make fair deductions or refuse refunds for damaged returns.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus any return shipping and applicable charges.
Damaged or Defective Items
All items are carefully checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
