1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Qube Furniture Ltd, St James Industrial Estate, Westhampnett Road, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 7JU, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Promotion Period
This offer is valid from 20th October 2025 until 1st December 2025, or while stocks last. Once the promotional stock of Shikaku Lamps has been allocated, the offer will end automatically.

3. Eligibility

  • Offer open to customers aged 18 or over and residing in the United Kingdom.

  • Employees of Qube Furniture, their families, and anyone connected with this promotion are not eligible to participate.

4. Offer Details

  • Spend £199 or more (including VAT, excluding delivery charges) in a single transaction on our website during the Promotion Period to receive one (1) free Shikaku Lamp.

  • The free Shikaku Lamp will be automatically sent with all qualifying orders — it may not appear in your shopping basket or at checkout.

  • Offer is limited to one free lamp per qualifying order.

  • Offer available while stocks last. If the Shikaku Lamp becomes unavailable, Qube Furniture reserves the right to replace it with an alternative item of equal or greater value.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • If you return items from your order and the total spend falls below £199, you must also return the free Shikaku Lamp in its original, unused condition.

  • If the lamp is not returned, the value of the item will be deducted from any refund due.

6. Other Conditions

  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promo codes.

  • The free item has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.

  • Qube Furniture reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without notice.

All decisions made by Qube Furniture in relation to this promotion are final.

3.2. We may change prices at any time without notice.

3.3. Payment is required in full at checkout. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards.

4. Delivery

4.1. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delays may occur beyond our control.

4.2. Delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your order.

4.3. Missed deliveries may incur additional charges.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

5.2. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging.

5.3. Customised or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.

5.5. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

6.1. Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours if items are damaged or faulty.

6.2. We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue.

6.3. If confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Liability

7.1. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

7.2. We are not responsible for indirect losses or damages arising from your use of our Website or products.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on the Website is the property of Qube Furniture or its licensors.

8.2. You may not reproduce or use any content without our express written consent.
